About Our Client:
Our client is a specialist consultancy that provides technical solutions and advice to a wide range of clients. Known for their expertise and personalized service, they are looking for a proactive Junior Administrator to support their operations and help maintain their high standards of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
- Assist with the preparation and processing of documents, reports, and presentations.
- Answer and manage phone calls, emails, and other communications in a professional manner.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, including booking meeting rooms and arranging refreshments.
- Greet visitors and ensure the smooth running of the office on a day-to-day basis.
- Assist with maintaining records and updating databases accurately.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Support the team with other ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is an advantage but not essential.
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Friendly, approachable, and able to work well in a small team environment.
- A proactive and positive attitude, with a willingness to learn.
