We are recruiting for a Book keeper/ Office Manager for a creative design company who are dedicated in creating exceptional projects.
Salary Up to £32,000
Benefits 28 days holiday

The right Candidiate must excel in bookkeeping and office management but also bring a positive 'can-do' attitude and outstanding communication skills.
Responsibilities:
* Meeting and Greeting visitors
* Administation tasks
Bookkeeping Duties:
* Assist the accountant in the preparation of VAT and CIS returns
* Record and manage detailed project costs and subcontractor expenses
* Efficiently arrange payments to subcontractors and suppliers
* Maintain a meticulous record of invoices, ensuring accuracy in both payables and receivables
* Handle payroll processing
* Reconcile transactions and proactively monitor bank transactions for discrepancies
