Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning using a variety of machines.
• Ensure communal areas such as lobbies, stairwells, and gardens are clean and well-maintained.
• Report any significant maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management team.
• Maintain a log of all tasks completed and any issues that arise.
• Drive the company van to various locations in south London and ensure it is kept in good condition.
• Liaise with residents, property managers, and other stakeholders to address any concerns or requirements.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as mobile cleaner or similar role is essential
• A valid UK driving license is required.
• Ability to work independently & manage time effectively.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanour.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards.
