  • Establish regular production meetings (daily, weekly, bi-weekly) to ensure delivery of the production plan.
  • Build strong working relationships with Shift Managers and Supervisors to support their roles and promote knowledge-sharing.
  • Contribute to the capital investment strategy and oversee capital projects for the Longford site.
  • Ensure smooth and efficient operations from planning and design to production and timber frame erection.
  • Develop a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Qualification in Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, or a related field (or equivalent knowledge and experience).
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Plant or Site Management, preferably in timber frame, modular building, or off-site manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and experience in promoting a safe working environment.
