We are looking for an experienced HR Director who is looking to join a growing SME, where they can put their own stamp on creating and implementing HR strategies to drive company growth, foster a strong organisational culture and ensure that Rise is a great place to work.

Rise Technical is a leading recruitment agency, providing staffing solutions within Engineering and Technical sectors. Due to our excellent reputation and success within the industry, we have expanded rapidly with offices now in Bristol, London, Miami and Austin. We are now looking for a HR Director to support the company in achieving their goal to become the go-to global technical recruiter.

This role would suit a HR professional that has experience implementing ER and general HR functions, that is now looking for a new opportunity to directly contribute to the development of globally expanding business with huge ambitions and goals.

The Role:

• HR Director forming part of the Senior Leadership Team

The Person:

• Experienced HR Director
• Experience developing HR/ER strategies
• CIPD Level 7 qualified
• Ambitious, strong-willed and driven
• Previous experience working in an SME (beneficial)
• International experience (beneficial)
