Job Title: Internal Sales
Location: Sheffield
Salary: £28k - £35k
We are working with an exciting business that is growing its branch in Sheffield and an exciting opportunity has come up for an experienced Internal Sales candidate to assist with the delivering great customer contact, taking orders and closing quotes with new and existing custom
Requirements Needed:
- Previous experience working within a sales/trade counter with construction customers
- A positive and customer-focused attitude.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly & professional phone manner
- Excellent organisational abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Role Description:
- Receive & handle Inbound calls
- Manage and look after key accounts
- Working with suppliers and negotiating prices for customers
- Process sales orders and telephone sales orders.
- Administration tasks
- Producing Quotes and follow up to close the quote
- Ad hoc duties when required
