Time 4 Recruitment are delighted to be working with one of the UK`s largest maintenance and service contractors.  We have a fantastic opportunity for a permanent RETRO FIT Contracts Manager to join their team in their Orpington Office

As  RETRO FIT Contracts Manager your main focus will be the clients RETRO FIT Contracts which include the installation of and Energy Services, Solar Panels, Loft Insulation, Roofing, Heat pumps and Ground pumps into properties across Covering Folkstone , Hythe and Chelmsford areas.

Due to fast company growth our client is recruiting for a Retrofit Contracts Manager to join a new team The Ideal Retrofit Contracts Manager much have outstanding project management skills and be able to lead cross-functional teams

For this role It is vital you have had some experience with Retrofit Contracts including PAS 2020 and PAS 2030 –  Ideally you will have Retrofit Qualifications  ie Level 5 Diploma in RETROFIT

Responsibilities and Role Specific Information of a Retrofit Contracts Manager

  • Strictly experience in retro fit, EWI/IWI/CWI, ASHPs, Solar Panels, Loft Insulation, Roofing, Heat pumps, ground pumps
  • IT skills are essential, and you must be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Outlook and Word
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Building or refurbishment related qualification of demonstrable experience. Health and Safety qualification required such as IOSH, NEBOSH, SMSTS etc
  • Level 3 Leadership & Management Qualification or equivalent or willingness to work towards
  • Previous experience of working within the social housing sector
  • Experience of working to schedules of rate and knowledge of the NHF Schedule of Rates
  • Experience of managing teams of operatives
  • Valid CSCS card (preferrable)
  • The ideal candidate will ideally have a minimum of 10 years’ experience within the construction industry
  • Be technically minded.
