We are working with a fantastic client based in the St Neots area who are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Caretaker to join their estates team on a temporary to permanent contract.

Typical duties would include:

• General maintenance, redecorating and cleaning
• Litter picking and keeping site appearance to standard
• Opening and locking up – Key holding
• Fire Safety and Health and Safety Compliance
• Fixing and notifying management of any damages or repairs required

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday – 37 hours a week

The successful candidate:

• Previous caretaking experience would be preferred.
• Well organised with a high level of attention to detail.
• Some manual handling would be required (training can be provided!)
• Proficient in English to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

The post is subject to an enhanced DBS check and two appropriate references.
