About the role of Quantity Surveyor:

Exciting opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join the Victoria office of a growing business conducting super prime residential and luxury retail projects across London. The role will be split between the office and site, and the chosen Quantity Surveyor will be tasked with running the day-to-day operation on site. There are multiple active projects and several tenders in progress where work would begin early next year. One current project is a £3 million apartment fit-out band refurbishment for a private client in Piccadilly. The client is also open to speaking with high level Assistant Quantity Surveyors if they have the relevant and required experience.

Responsibilities for Quantity Surveyor:

  • Working from the PCSA/2 Stage tender process, to delivering the site and working through to completion and final accounts.
  • Managing the day-to-day operations on site and reporting to the Senior Quantity Surveyor.
  • Managing Packages.
  • Managing Sub-Contractors.
  • Site Meetings.

Requirements for Quantity Surveyor:

  • 3-4 year's experience in the residential sector.
  • Experience running the day-to-day operations on site.
  • Degree qualified and needs to be construction based.
  • Good communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
