Head of Design - Site based Senior Design Manager
£85k - 95k based on experience
Central London - permanent, full time position

We're working with a renowned design company who are looking for an experienced Senior Design Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic studio, leading on renowned high-end Hospitality projects here in the UK and International.

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the entire design process, from concept development through to final delivery
* Collaborate with Architects, Contractors, and Clients to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standard
* Manage client relationships, providing strategic direction and ensuring client visions are met
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the company's exemplary standards
* There will also be elements in time, as the team grows, to mentor design teams, ensuring creativity, quality, and innovation across all stages of work
* Have a presence on site leading the structural progression from stage 3 onwards - ensuring the design integrity remains and preparing reports for external and internal updates

Key Skills Required:
* Minimum 5 years experience in a similar Senior position, ideally within the Contractor luxury Architectural sector
* Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and drive a creative team
* Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
* A keen eye for detail and a passion for high-quality design
* Experience managing high-end, large-scale interior projects is essential
