Responsibilities in your new role as the Relief Sous Chef
In your new role, you'll be responsible for providing senior-level relief and support across various sites, stepping in for Head Chefs when they're absent, and ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchens. You'll also focus on developing junior team members, working confidently in every kitchen section, and consistently delivering high-quality dishes that meet menu specifications across different cuisines.

Your personality, experience, and qualifications 
To be considered for this role, you should have proven experience as a Sous Chef, with the ability to adapt to various kitchen environments. Flexibility to travel for different job assignments is crucial, as you'll be required to work across multiple locations. A valid driver's license and access to your own reliable transport are essential to meet the demands of the position.
