Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs, and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
• Talent Sourcing: Leverage your engineering recruitment expertise to find the best talent, using various channels to source, screen, and engage candidates.
• Full Recruitment Cycle: Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and candidates.
