Our client, located in the beautiful Towcester area of Northampton, is seeking Venue Bookers to join their vibrant and supportive team. The office is situated in a business park with stunning views and excellent amenities, including a café and a gym, to make your work environment even more enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities

• Gain a deep understanding of the company's goals and mission.
• Make outbound calls to various venues, building rapport and establishing connections.
• Persuade key decision-makers by clearly communicating the company’s objectives, and securing appointments for your client.
• Ensure that all booking requirements are meticulously met to guarantee successful client delivery.
• Deliver exceptional customer service at every stage.
• Achieve targets related to call quality and overall performance.
