Exciting Opportunity for HR Professionals!

Are you ready to take your HR career to the next level with a salary of £55,000.00 and a hybrid working arrangement? We're looking for a seasoned HR Advisor/Manager to join our large civil engineering client in Glasgow. The business need a local based HR Manager. The company has a strong pipeline of work ahead, specifically in the roads maintenance industry throughout the West of Scotland. 

In this role, you'll dive into all things HR—managing onboarding new employees, general enquiries relating to staff, absence management, disciplinary issues, and grievances. You will be at the helm of gathering information for new starters and setting up pensions etc.
