The Role:
As an Education Recruitment Consultant, you will:
- Source, interview, and place talented educators in roles that match their skills and career aspirations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both schools and candidates to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including writing job adverts, screening CVs, and arranging interviews.
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring they are prepared and confident.
- Work closely with schools to identify their staffing needs and ensure timely placements.
What We’re Looking For:
- Passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact in the sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with both candidates and clients.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet targets, and manage time effectively.
- Sales-driven mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Previous experience in recruitment, education, or a sales environment is a plus but not essential.

- Competitive salary Consultants £28 - £32K basic salary, Senior Consultants £35 - £40k basic salary with uncapped commission.
