We are seeking a dedicated individual to provide essential support for the financial operations of one of our clients. This role involves daily management of ledger activities, cash and bank reporting, and various administrative tasks to assist the management accounting team, including handling company expenses.

The ideal candidate is patient, self-driven, and able to thrive in high-pressure environments. They should excel as a team player and bring a positive, proactive attitude.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Basic math skills and familiarity with purchase ledger processes.
  • Strong administrative capabilities with the ability to recognize essential financial documents like orders, invoices, and statements.
  • Proficient in data entry for transactions.
  • Experience in cash and banking reports, including handling company expenses, online banking, and performing bank reconciliations.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in technology, especially MS Excel.
  • Strong communication skills, particularly over the phone.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

  • Background in high-volume data entry.
  • Familiarity with workflow and document management systems (training will be provided).
  • An analytical mindset with a curious approach to tasks.
