Business Development Manager/Field Sales Executive-Covering London & South East Region
Business Development Manager required for a a London based property firm. My client is looking for a Business Development/Field Sales Executive to join the team and cover the London/South East Region to sell a range of property management and security services, ultimately we will need this person to develop their existing portfolio of accounts and help grow the amount of properties they manage and secure.
The Business Development Manager/Field sales Executive will be an experienced business developer/sales executive ideally within property or security or sales and have a consultative approach to selling.
The Business Development/Field Sales Executive will have-
- A proven background in Business Development and Sales
- Well Presented
- Strong Communicator
- Well organised, determined and tenacious
- Ability to build long lasting relationships
- Shows willingness to learn
- Reliable, honest and credible
My client in return will offer-
- Competitive basic salary £40K
- A Healthy Commission structure-OTE-£55K-Uncapped
- Car allowance-£4.5K
- 25 Days annual leave plus bank holidays
