Typically, this person will be responsible for the quality of products that are delivered goods inward

Duties and responsibilities of the Quality Control Inspector:

•    Keep detailed inspection records, documenting any deviations or defects for traceability and quality control.          
•    Update and manage the quality inspection dashboard and moulding inspection log.          
•    Verify incoming materials meet specifications and standards using examination and precise measurement tools.          
•    Communicate defects promptly to internal and external stakeholders, collaborating on corrective actions for timely resolution.         
•    Measure product dimensions using tools like calipers, micrometers, and electronic inspection equipment.
•    Perform goods-inward inspections based on the daily list of incoming materials.          
•    Develop and improve inspection processes to optimize quality assurance.
•    Perform end-of-line inspections as needed.          

Qualifications and requirement for the Quality Control Inspector:

• Experience as a quality inspector in the manufacturing sector is essential              
• Sound knowledge of testing methodologies and quality control standards           
• Able to read engineering drawings and technical specifications             
• Quality Control certification is preferable
