Bennett and Game are representing a well-established, multi-disciplinary, Top 150 Consultancy based in Manchester, who are looking for a Senior Architectural Technologist to join their growing team. With over 50 years' experience, our client has gained an excellent reputation working across the UK as well as Europe. You will predominately be working on Commercial, Residential, Education and Recladding projects, whilst using the software Revit. Typically, project values fall between £100k and £20 million. The successful Senior Architectural Technologist will primarily be working from RIBA stages 4 onwards, for their current project demands. As a consultancy they work within a variety of sectors across all RIBA stages.

• Prepare tender and construction stage drawings and specifications
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and other consultants to ensure project goals are met
• Undertake material research and specify building materials and finishes
• Contribute to the development of design proposals and presentations

• Minimum 3 years' experience as an Architectural Technologist
• Good knowledge with Revit
• Knowledge of NBS would be advantageous
• Strong construction detailing experience
• Live within a commutable distance of Manchester (bare in mind our clients excellent hybrid working)
