We are currently seeking a highly qualified Level 3 Nursery Assistant to join a nursery within a school located in Peacehaven. This is an exciting opportunity to work with young children in a nurturing and educational setting, helping them develop and thrive in their early years.
Role Overview:
As a key member of the nursery team, you will play an essential role in supporting children's daily routines, assisting with the planning and delivery of activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, and ensuring the highest standards of care and safety. You will also help foster a welcoming and inclusive environment where each child feels secure and valued.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support children's daily routines and ensure their safety and well-being.
- Assist in planning and delivering activities in line with the EYFS curriculum.
- Foster an inclusive, welcoming atmosphere where every child feels valued.
Requirements:
- A Level 3 qualification in childcare is essential.
- Prior experience in a nursery or school setting is highly beneficial.
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum.
- Compassion, patience, and teamwork skills are vital.
