Private Client Solicitor

£50,000 plus DOE

Premier Recruitment Group is working with a long-established law firm in the Basingstoke area to find a highly motivated Wills & Estate Planning Solicitor to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the development of the Wills & Estate Planning department, handling a diverse range of work including Wills, LPAs, Trusts, Court of Protection matters, and other general private client enquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage a varied caseload including Wills, LPAs, Trusts, and Court of Protection work
• Collaborate with financial advisers, wealth managers, tax advisers, and other professionals
• Work closely with other teams within the firm to facilitate cross-referrals and support departmental growth
• Support Partners in the department while managing your own files and matters

Requirements:

• 3-6 years PQE
• Experience in trust work preferred, but not essential
• Strong networking skills with the ability to build and expand your own client base
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with professionals and clients
