Job Title: Business Development Manager
Salary: Up to £54,000 + bonus+ Company Car
Location: North of England Territory (Field-based position)

A leading national landscape maintenance provider with 46 franchise businesses across the UK, delivering grounds maintenance and related services to a wide range of clients.

Role Overview:

As a Business Development Manager, you'll support franchise owners in growing and managing their businesses. You'll provide business coaching, analyse financial performance, and help develop strategies to drive growth and profitability. Key tasks include monitoring KPIs, delivering training, and ensuring compliance with company standards. This is a field-based role covering the North Territory of UK.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach franchisees to improve business performance
  • Analyse profits, margins, and identify growth opportunities
  • Provide sales support and training
  • Ensure adherence to sales and growth targets
  • Onboard new franchisees and monitor their progress
  • Collaborate with internal teams and report to Senior Management

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Sales/Business Development
  • Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in a business development in the grounds maintenance industry.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
