Sous chef is required in the Woking area, this Hotel has a range of menus including the weddings, events and restaurant side. You will support the head chef in the running of the kitchen, due to nature of weddings and events, every day will be slightly different. This is a sous chef position, paying £31-34k, with a good life balance. 

The role
As a sous chef you will support the head chef in this small  kitchen tean, you will ensure all the prepo is ready for the wedding and events, ensure the function sheet prep is done, for the restaurant side cook in service as well. This sous chef position will include all the normal sous chef duties. 

Experience
We are looking for a sous chef from a fresh food background and able to manage functions and events. you will be organised, able to plan prep lists from function sheets and have a good knowledge of cookery.
