Senior Delivery Consultant - Farnborough

Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 (depending on experience)
Commission & Benefits: Excellent commission structure and comprehensive benefits package

• Proven recruitment experience with a strong track record of building relationships with clients and candidates
• Ideally educated to a degree level, although this is not essential as full training and support are provided
• Strong rapport-building and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Confidence, motivation, and a tenacious attitude to succeed
• Commercial awareness and excellent influencing skills
• Highly organized and a great listener

As a Senior Delivery Consultant, you will work closely with a Principal Consultant and leadership team to deliver top talent for niche industry clients. You'll be the main point of contact for candidates, guiding them through every step of the hiring process.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the full candidate journey from application to post-placement care
• Engaging with candidates, qualifying them for roles, and maintaining an up-to-date candidate database
• Writing job adverts, qualifying candidates for interviews, and managing offer processes
• Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates
• Market mapping to stay informed on trends within your sector
• Participating in weekly team meetings and sharing market insights with candidates
