Milk Education are recruiting for a Behaviour Buddy for a Primary SEMH Outstanding school to work on a long-term basis starting as soon as possible!

Behaviour Buddy Role & Responsibilities:

● Promote inclusion and acceptance of all students

● Support pupils consistently whilst responding to their individual needs

● Work with the teacher in lesson planning, evaluating and adjusting lessons/plans as appropriate

● Deliver catch-up sessions

● Must have recent/relevant experience working with children and young people

● Must have a passion for education

● Must possess good numeracy and literacy skills

● Must have the ability to work under the guidance of the teacher
