Job Title: Payroll Specialist
Location: London
Hybrid: 3 days in office and 2 WFH.

JGA is collaborating with a fantastic, well-known brand to find a Payroll Specialist for the UK and Ireland on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities:
- Processing of UK payroll for up to 2000.
- Validate reports from outsourced providers and handle payroll tasks such as maternity schedules and bonus reconciliation.
- Respond to payroll queries for both UK and Ireland, ensuring compliance with company SLAs.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and oversee communications with HMRC and internal auditors.
- Support payroll projects, including auto-enrolment checks and statutory maternity pay (SMP) calculations.
- Previous experience processing payroll for over 1000 employees.
- Experience with salaried and hourly paid staff.
- Strong Excel/ manual calculations skills.
- Outsourced and in house payroll knowledge and advantage.
