IT OPERATIONS MANAGER
CLIENT HQ - SCUNTHORPE
SALARY - UP TO £50,000 + BONUS

Your new role
Due to an internal promotion, our client is looking to Hire a new IT OPERATIONS MANAGER / PROFESSIONAL SERVICES MANAGER. You will be responsible for leading the IT Operations and IT Services Team and be the driving force behind a high-performing team. The duties will cover; continuously improving processes, financial management, team development and collaboration within the business.

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and understanding in areas and methodologies such as AGILE / WATERFALL / SCRUM MASTER / PRINCE2 and have a background of leading and developing teams.

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Mentorship of Team
- Leadership - inspire, motivate and foster collaboration
- Performance Management - Experience of staff reviews, setting goals and developing team members.
- Strategic Thinker
- Financial Acumen - ability to forecast, budget and make financial decisions.

What you'll get in return
The role comes with a £50,000 Basic Salary + Benefits such as 36 Days Holiday, Hybrid Working and Annual Bonus.
