What We’re Looking For:
The perfect candidate will bring:

• QTS/PGCE/Cert Ed or another relevant teaching qualification
• Experience working with students of different needs and goals, using strategies to help them succeed
• A solid grasp of the National Curriculum
• Strong communication and organisational skills to keep lessons flowing smoothly
• The ability to build great relationships with students and staff
• A knack for fantastic classroom management that keeps everyone on track
