My Client, a market leading, multidisciplinary Engineering and Environmental Consultancy, is searching for a Senior Flood Risk and Drainage Engineer to join their Flood Risk Team. This is a remote role!

This exciting role will offer candidates the opportunity to join a friendly team of Engineers to complete Flood Risk, Environmental and Drainage Projects for Consultancies, Local Authorities and Private Sector Clients in the UK and overseas.

As a Senior Flood Risk and Drainage Engineer you will be required to complete technical work including;

-Flood Risk Assessments for flood zone 1,2 and 3.

-Flood Consequence Assessments.

-Natural Flood Management.

-Drainage Strategies for Planning Applications and Drainage Design using Microdrainage and Causeway Flow.

-Flood Alleviation.

-Hydraulic Modelling.

It is essential that applicants have a strong BSc and/or MSc in Civil Engineering, Environmental Management, Hydrology or Geography and experience working for a Consultancy or Local Authority completing flood risk assessments, drainage strategies and design using Microdrainage or Flow.

It is essential for applicants to have an interest in flood risk, drainage and modelling and have a keen interest in UK based and international projects.
