Banking Front Office | SENIOR Talent Sourcing Partner | Investment Banking | £350/day Inside IR35 | 6 Months Contract | London | HYBRID 3 days in the office 2 days WFH

Our Investment Banking client is seeking a confident Senior Talent Sourcing Partner to source talent for roles up to and including Director level within Front Office.

You Will:

• Identify pools of named and known talent, engage/screen and convert to active job applicants for current and future positions.
• Work on gathering insights from the candidate market on the location/availability/demographics (i.e. diversity) of talent alongside talent pool analytics

Your Skills & Experience:

• Proven background of proactively sourcing external talent
• Previous experience recruiting for Front Office or similar high pressured environments
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
• Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms)
• Strong sales skills

Pay Rate - £350/day Inside IR35 via Umbrella
