The Client

 Our client works in conjunction with some of the UK’s leading insurers and brokers to ensure that critical subsidence and site investigation work is completed to the highest standards across residential and commercial properties. They are market-leading experts that utilise key technology to analyse, prevent and repair subsidence and underground water and drainage problems on behalf of the insurer.

The Role

  • Ensure timely acceptance and actioning of new instructions daily
  • Collaborate closely with the team, offering support and assistance as needed.
  • Exceed KPIs and deliver top-notch service consistently.
  • Foster a culture of continual improvement, contributing to both KPI and business goals.
  • Liaise with various stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline processes.
  • Handle incoming enquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Maintain confidentiality while updating and managing client files.
  • Engage with multiple parties, including customers and authorities, to negotiate successful mitigation.
  • Review site investigations and statutory protection information accurately.
  • Undertake extensive searches to locate implicated parties and ensure comprehensive system updates.

Key Skill

  • Desirable knowledge of subsidence claims or property claims
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Demonstrate a detailed knowledge of insurance and subsidence/ property claims handling
  • An understanding of the insurance industry (perils, hazards, loss assessors, underwriters, intermediaries, actuaries, NHBC etc.)
  • Working knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory matters
  • Cert CII qualified is desirable.
