Children’s Home Manager – Brand New Service

Location: Liverpool, Merseyside   

Salary: up to £55,000 per annum dependant on experience

Discretionary annual bonus, £3,000 OFSTED bonus and huge opportunity for career progression

Remit

Compass Associates are working with a brand new children’s provider located in Merseyside who are in the process of opening their first children’s home in the Liverpool area. The company has been created by passionate Healthcare Directors, who’s aim is to provide young people with the skills, experience and knowledge which will impact their lives and communities in a positive way.

The business has huge plans for future growth and will be opening up to 5 new children’s services over the next few years so this is an excellent time to join as there will be plenty of opportunity for future progression and development gong forward!

The service is already fully equipped with contracts in place and a good relationship with the local commissioners and authorities. They have already applied for a registration with OFSTED but now need a Registered Manager in place to complete the process!  

Requirements

• Studying for or qualified NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management (full support given)
• Previous Registered Manager experience is ideal but they are happy to take on a Deputy who is looking to take the next step in their career
• Background of working with children with autism and/or learning disabilities
• Knowledge of Ofsted standards
• Strong people management skills, communicator, team player
• Clear DBS / CRB
