Courier Driver

Salary: £180 Per Day

Contract Type: 3 Months With Permanent Option At Then End Of 3 Months

About The Role:

There’s more to being a multidrop delivery driver on behalf of our client (The UK’s leading parcel delivery company) than simply sitting behind the wheel. As one of our delivery drivers you’ll be the face of our business for the dozens of diverse customers you meet each day.

You’ll work on a shift pattern that covers mweekdays and weekends. Each morning you will be loading your parcels into a sequenced order into the back of your van, numbering them as you scan. Once you have loaded your van you then start delivering to our customers across Dunstable and surrounding Areas. All routes are very tight with no more than 1 mile per individual stop. You will receive 100 to 120 stops per day depending on location.

While experience is a bonus for our delivery drivers, we’re more interested in your enthusiasm, friendly personality, and willingness to go the extra mile for our customers. We also ask that you’d be prepared to work whatever the weather. All our drivers will need to follow processes and procedures to ensure customers can track their orders accurately as well as being a pioneer of exceptional customer service and an enjoyable counterpart to customers

Requirements:

• • Right to work in the UK
  • National Insurance Number
  • Full UK Driving License with no more than 6 Penalty Points
  • Minimum 2 years Driving Licence between ages 23-25
  • Minimum 1 year Driving Licence between ages above 25
