Job Overview
As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be the architect of career revolutions. Your days will be a blend of research, sales, and relationship building through client and candidate management. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process and delivering exceptional service to ensure the best possible match for both parties.

Client Management:

• Identifying and developing strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and business objectives
• Providing expert advice and tailored recruitment solutions to clients
• Conducting regular client meetings to review progress, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction

• Networking to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
• Provide clients with market insights and advice on salary benchmarks, hiring trends, and talent availability

Candidate Sourcing and Management:

• Writing and posting compelling job advertisements to attract suitable candidates
• Proactively source and attract high quality candidates through various channels
• Conducting thorough candidate interviews, assessments a reference checks to determine suitability for roles
• Offering CV, interview and general career advice
• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
• Managing and maintaining a robust candidate database
• Negotiating salary packages and presenting suitable candidates to clients
