Static Plumber
A leading FM company with contracts in Data Centres, high end office's, hospitals and other commercial buildings currently have a key requirement for a Static Plumber based in London Lewisham on a Large commercial site paid up to £40k Basic dependent on experience

As the Static Plumber, you will be: -

• Static Plumber will carry out regular maintenance and plumbing works

• Static Plumber will be assisting with blockages, toilet repairs, leaking taps, tap changes, shower head replacements as a few examples
• Static Plumber will be assisting with other mechanical maintenance such as AHU's FCU's
• Static Plumber will be paid up to £40K dependant on experience, + package and company benefits + 28 Days Holiday

Requirements for the Static Plumber: -

• Static Plumber to have experience in Commercial and Domestic Plumbing
• Static Plumber must have an NVQ/ City Guilds in Electrics level 2 or 3 in plumbing
• Static Plumber to have strong reactive repairs experience
• Static Plumber will be put through an enhanced DBS check
• Static Plumber will work on site 8am - 5pm Mon-Fri
• Static Plumber will be within easy access to London Lewisham
