£36,000 - £38,000 + 25 Days Holiday + 8 BH + Overtime
Your new company
- One of the largest Facilities Management & Technical Services provider predominantly hard services.
Your new role
- Working Monday – Friday, 40 hour week, across a commercial buidling, based in Chippenham.
- Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance duties.
- Temperature tests, unblocking toilets and sinks, changing taps and showerheads, water hygiene and any other general building service duties.
What you'll need to succeed
- You will need to have experience in a maintenance plumber role within a commercial environment.
- Experience in a facilities maintenance / building service role is highly beneficial.
- Can do attitude, willing to be flexible.
