Salary: £12.00 - £13.50ph, excluding bonuses and overtime pay

About the Role
Join our client’s esteemed Specialist Cars team in Cheltenham as a Service Driver. This is a fantastic opportunity for a customer-focused professional who is committed to providing top-notch service while ensuring the safe and efficient collection and delivery of vehicles and goods.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and deliver customer vehicles and goods on behalf of the dealership.
• Maintain the highest standards of driving and adhere to company procedures.
• Ensure careful handling of customer vehicles and company property.
• Provide outstanding customer service in a professional manner.
• Assist the service team with various tasks to support efficient operations.

 
Essential Skills:

• Proven ability to maintain high driving standards, with a full, clean driving licence.
• Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• A proactive approach to taking ownership of your role and assisting the service team.
• Knowledge of legal responsibilities under the Road Traffic Act and vehicle taxation.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with colleagues and customers.
