We are looking to take on an enthusiastic and driven Cover Supervisor! The successful Cover Supervisor will have the opportunity to work with a innovative Secondary School in Caldicot, where you will be working alongside the staff and students, providing high quality learning experiences, and an extensive range of sporting, cultural, physical and extra-curricular activities. 

As Cover Supervisor, you will be covering Welsh lessons and also acting as general classroom cover, and therefore will have fantastic behaviour management skills and an ability to engage and motivate the students.

The successful Cover Supervisor will be:

• Welsh-speaking (fluent, essential)
• HLTA/above Level 3 and/or 6 months classroom experience
• Experienced working with Key Stage 3/KS3 and Key Stage 4/ KS4
• Experience with challenging behaviour and classroom management
• Subject specialism skills (Non-essential, but preferred)
• A FULL UK Driving License (Non-essential, but preferred)
