Salary: Up to £35,000 + Benefits

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Troubleshoot issues to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Complete work records, including safety checks and job reports.
• Work closely with clients and other team members to ensure service satisfaction.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations on all assignments.

Requirements:

• Proven maintenance experience, preferably in a commercial setting.
• Relevant technical qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2 in Maintenance or equivalent).
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.
• Full UK driving license.
