What You'll Do:
- Lead and manage design projects, overseeing both internal and external teams.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers.
- Ensure high-quality, value-engineered designs are delivered on time and within budget.
What You'll Need:
- Chartered Structural Engineer (CEng MIStructE, CEng MICE).
- 10+ years in structural engineering, focusing on steel design.
- Strong skills in Tekla, MasterSeries, and IdeaStatica.
- Proven experience managing large-scale projects and leading design teams.
