Overview-
Thrilled to announce a new opportunity for an experienced Machine Control Trainee to join a prominent rental equipment provider, which also happens to be the largest rental provider in the UK.
Field and workshop-based opportunity where you will assume the responsibility of learning GPS’s systems including; Leica and Trimble.
You will be tasked with the installation, maintenance, and repair of control systems on a range of construction equipment.
Responsibilities-
- Carry out maintenance of systems (including Install, configure, and calibration on a variety of systems)
- Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting machine control systems
- Service, maintain and inspect a range of comprehensive powered access equipment
- Learning GPS systems such as Trimble and Leica
- Keep a detailed record of all work
Ideal candidate must have-
- Must have current UK Drivers licence
- Computer literate
- A basic understanding of technical and mechanical aspects of construction machinery is desirable but not essential
- Construction site experience is desirable
