Site Manager – Exeter, Devon – Modular Projects
Our client are a leading contractor with sites in and around Devon, they are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join their team on a temp to perm basis, managing Modular Build Projects in Exeter.
Tasks/ Responsibilities:
- Projects usually anywhere between 8-20 units.
- Go from project to project as they come in.
- Project Values: £500k - 3 million depending if built on or off site
- Project duration – 2-3 months and up to 1 year for bigger projects
- Ordering of Labour
- Identify and resolve any issues with the project
- To be a point of contact for our client.
Skills/ Qualifications required:

SMSTS & CSCS card

Main contractor expereince or Modular Builds

First Aid Certificate
