At Driver Hire Southampton, we are excited to announce an opening for a Trade Counter/Internal Sales position on behalf of our esteemed client. We are looking for a dynamic candidate who possesses a genuine passion for sales and a demonstrated history of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.

About this position:

• 12-week temp to perm position
• Monday to Friday- no weekends
• 8:00am- 5:00pm with 1 hour lunch
• Develop and sustain strong relationships with clients
• Handle client quotation and sales orders
• Stock management
• Assisting in completing deliveries to customers when required
• Make outgoing calls to potential new clients
• Apply electrical knowledge to help customers in store and over the phone

What we require from you:

• Full UK driving licence held for minimum of 1 year
• Fantastic customer service and communication skills
• Confident on the phone and computer literate
• Strong negotiation abilities
• Previous background in sales and the electrical industry is beneficial
• Ability to work under pressure effectively and reach sales targets

• Salary between £27,000-£30,000 (based on experience)
