- Financial Accountability: Take full responsibility for the project’s profit and loss, maintaining strict control of target costs and managing actual costs incurred.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Site Agent role, preferably within heavy civils or marine projects.
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent commercial and contractual awareness.
- A relevant Civil Engineering qualification (e.g., HND, Degree, or equivalent).
- A proven track record of delivering large-scale projects to a high standard.
