Force Contracting Services are seeking an experienced Site Engineer for a freelance position for a large infrastructure project. If you have a strong background in civil engineering, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply your knowledge and experience in civil engineering to ensure the successful completion of tasks.

• Implement and maintain strict quality control measures to uphold the highest construction standards, this includes progress meetings with site management.
• Enforce safety protocols to ensure the well-being of all site personnel and equipment.
• Efficiently manage resources, including materials, equipment, and labour, to meet project deadlines.
• Maintain detailed records of site activities, progress reports, completing ITP’s (inspection test plans) and as built surveys.
• Identify and resolve site-related challenges and issues in a proactive manner.

Requirements:

• Civil Engineering degree or equivalent
• Proven civils and bridge build experience 
• Full UK driving licence
• Ability to read & interpret data and drawings.
• Confident with standard setting out techniques
