PRODUCTION MANAGER- Large Format Print

SOUTH EAST LONDON

Our client is a large and small format digital printer based in London offering exceptional print to a wide range of business sectors in the UK. They are looking for an experienced Produc-tion Manager to join their growing team.

This is a brand-new role created to support the company's current and planned growth. You will play an essential part in ensuring that all jobs run smoothly, from receiving briefs to managing the production team and overseeing quality control to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of production briefs from sales teams and clients, ensuring all specifica-tions are understood and translated into actionable production plans.
  • Oversee the production schedule, booking in jobs and allocating resources to ensure time-ly delivery of projects.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the production team, ensuring a high standard of work and efficient use of resources.
  • Implement and monitor quality control processes to ensure every product meets their high standards before leaving the factory.
  • Liaise with logistics to ensure seamless coordination for delivery of finished products to clients.
  • Collaborate with teams, including sales, design, and logistics, to improve workflow, re-solve production issues, and maintain excellent client satisfaction.

About You:

  • Previous experience in a production management role within the print, signage, or large format graphics industry.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a production team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities to manage multiple jobs and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders effec-tively.
  • Knowledge of production processes, materials, and quality control systems.
  • Ability to work closely with clients to ensure their vision is turned into reality.
