We are working with a Building Consultancy who have a genuine interest in developing Assistant Building Surveyor into professional and quality surveyors - based from their Oxford Circus office.
You will have the opportunity to provide project and professional services to tailor their experience.
The Assistant Building Surveyor Role
The successful Assistant Building Surveyor should have the appetite to become Chartered (MRICS), or could be well on their way through their APC.
You can expect to be working across mainly central London, providing services on prestigious residential and commercial buildings, but also mid-range residential houses and apartments.
The Assistant Building Surveyor will be joining a large sized practice, with 200 employees, ranging across 4 offices. Very sociable team, with frequent events.
The Assistant Building Surveyor
- Has a Consultancy / Private practice background
- Shows some understanding of Building defects, Dilapidation's, Condition reports, Contracts Administration, measured surveys
- Appetite to become MRICS
- Degree in Building Surveying or Real Estate
- Enthusiastic character
- Confident in front of a variety of clients
