Field Planning Manager – Sheffield
Are you experienced in Field Planning? Have you managed a team before?
If so, Marston Holdings have an exciting opportunity to join our Engage Field team, managing a small team and overseeing all field planning duties with the department!
After successful probation you will receive an increase in salary up to £5,000.
The successful candidate will support the management of the team based in Sheffield and Helmshore, ensuring work is planned efficiently and accurately for various field-based teams, maximising utilisation. Working with a range of stakeholders and 3rd party contractors, the manager will be proactive to deliver on set targets and objectives.
What you will be doing:
- Driving performance and develop visibility of team requirements
- Lead on the resource and recruitment planning
- Managing internal and external stakeholders
- Being a part of projects, both business wide and departmental
- Reviewing process and procedures within the team to drive efficiencies
- Providing performance data for the SLT
What we are looking for:
- Field planning experience.
- Experience managing a team of people.
- Experience in enhancing/improving performance within a team and developing staff.
- Track record of delivering against KPIs.
- Communicating with clients directly and strong customer service approach.
