About the Role
- £39,554 - £42,707 + Car or Car Allowance + 10% Bonus + Benefits
- Can be based anywhere in the UK.
What will I be Doing?
- Design, develop and implement E-learning solutions to the business, in line with business priorities.
- Perform Training Need Analysis to analyse the training requirements.
- Manage multiple projects to assure project completion on-time.
- Interacted with SMEs, Project Managers/Owners, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and create training outline.
- Created Storyboards using training outline and approved templates.
- Publish and manage courses and curriculum using LMS.
- Perform final review to assure 100% project quality.
- Work autonomously and as part of a team, as appropriate, to create, publish, update and maintain digital learning content.
- Where 'internal' third party or a joint approach to content creation is required, provide appropriate guidance and advice to in-house parties on the production format and processes for creating new digital material.
- Carry out appropriate analysis and evaluation of digital learning interventions to inform continuous improvement of our offer.
- Submit timely monthly reports.
What are the Requirements?
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in eLearning content development or related field.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in designing and developing online learning content for various formats, including video, audio, graphics, and animations.
- Familiarity with eLearning development tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Lectora, and Camtasia.
- Proven record of creating unique, simple-to-understand, and user-friendly content using good Merrill’s Principles of instruction. (Required)
- Experienced in designing, writing, producing and delivering self-led e-learning content, programmes and materials. (Required)
- Robust knowledge of human learning patterns, processes, and cycles. (Required)
- Self-driven and able to work in a team or autonomously. (Required)
- Full UK Driving Licence (Required)
- Managing the distribution of content through our various channels, including social media, articles, and communication plans. (Desirable)
- Demonstrable creativity and flair in designing digital learning solutions. (Desirable)
- Ability to communicate, influence and engage support at all levels within the business. (Desirable)
- Proficient with using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint & Excel. (Required)
- Proficient with using Articulate 360, LMS systems, Photoshop, Vyond and Camtasia authoring tools. (Required)
