Management Accountant (Property Sector) – Southend  - Up to £60K + Benefits

We’re working with a national property management company headquartered in Southend on Sea with offices across the UK.

Acting as freeholders on their own portfolio whilst managing blocks for developers, landlords and resident management companies, they now seek a Management Accountant within their Head Office as follows:

  • Responsible for preparing monthly Management Accounts and Management information for Group Companies and report to the Chief Financial Officer.
  • Contributing to organisational improvement by gathering and analysing data, preparing reports, reviewing company performance and KPIs against targets and recommending process improvements throughout the reporting process.
  • Must be comfortable with handling and organising large sets of data to assist in the development of high-quality information reports and be able to convert data into meaningful management information.
  • ACCA or CIMA qualification essential
  • Sage 50 experience preferred
